KINGWOOD -- Tucker County used a 16-hit attack to get past Preston, 13-7, Friday evening in the first game of a twin bill.
Sutton Pase had three RBIs for the Lady Mountain Lions, while Ava Shaffer had three hits.
Peyton Hicks earned the win in relief of Shaffer, allowing three runs on five hits over four innings and fanning one.
Tucker County improved to 8-11 on the season.
