PB’s McGee to play in North-South tilt

PHILIPPI -- Philip Barbour's John McGee will participate in the North-South All-Star Football Classic next month at South Charleston High School.
McGee, a 6-foot-6, 325-pound lineman, will suit up for the North Bears. He recently signed his letter-of-intent with Division I member Morehead State University.
Pendleton County wide receiver/defensive back Josiah Kimble and Moorefield lineman Brody See will also play for the the Bears.
Representing the Big 10 Conference for the North squad will be North Marion's Noah Hess (WR/DB) and Gabe Bland (OL/DL), Fairmont Senior's Brody Whitehair (QB), Cannon Dinger (WR/DB) and Kaleb Arbogast (OL/DL), Lincoln's Aiden Rice (WR/DB), Grafton's Cam Foley (QB), Lewis County's Owen Accord (DB) and Maddox Gillespie (DL/LB), East Fairmont's Hayden Biggie (DL/LB), and Bridgeport's Donovan Williams (TE/LB).
Lewis County's Dustin Cogar will serve as the North head coach and Clay County's Jason Nichols will guide the South Cardinals.
The contest is set for noon on Saturday, June 14.
