ELKINS — The public is invited to a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house Saturday, July 26 for MegaCorp Logistics.

The event will be from 3-5 p.m. at the Elkins office at 124 Third Street. The public is welcome to attend and see the newly renovated space.

The afternoon will feature local vendors, appetizers and self-guided tours.

Organizers are eager to show the public the “major renovation to the historic building” during the event.

“Originally constructed in 1930, the building has undergone a comprehensive, two-year renovation aimed at modernizing the space while preserving its original character,” a MegaCorp press statement reads.

“The updated facility enhances MegaCorp’s operational capabilities in the region and lays the groundwork for future growth.”

“Re-opening our Elkins office is more than just unveiling a renovated space — it’s a recommitment to the community and a key part of our long-term growth strategy,” said Ryan Legg, CEO and founder of MegaCorp Logistics.

“This building has a lot of history, and now it has a future. With this new space, we’re planning to create roughly 50 jobs over the next three to five years. We’re proud to invest in Elkins and look forward to creating new opportunities here for years to come.”
