D&E held a 19-3 edge on total shots and 6-1 advantage on shots on goal.
The Senators are now 1-1-1 overall and 1-0-1 in the MEC. They will visit the University of Charleston at 4 p.m. on Sunday.
West Liberty's record is now 0-1-2 and 0-0-2 in league play.
