MILL CREEK -- With four games remaining in the regular season, Tygarts Valley remains in the hunt for a possible postseason berth.

In double-A, it will be a battle of top 10 teams Friday evening at George Byrer Field at Freedom Bank Park when third-rated Philip Barbour (4-2) entertains No. 10 Petersburg (5-1).
The Colts are coming off a win over No. 13 South Harrison, while the Vikings suffered their first setback of the season last week at No. 4 Doddridge County.
Independence is rated first in Class AA, Frankfort (second) and Logan (fifth).
Morgantown (6-0), George Washington (6-0), Huntington (4-1), Wheeling Park (4-2) and Spring Mills (4-2) are the top-five rated schools in Class AAAA.
The top 16 teams in each class qualify for the playoffs.
