Bulldogs use early barrage to best Harman

MILL CREEK — Tygarts Valley drilled six 3-pointers as part of a 30-point first quarter en route to a 75-34 win over Harman Friday night at Weber-Wamsley Court.

Parker Bell had 23 points for the Bulldogs, who led 30-5 after one quarter and 35-13 at halftime.

“We came out with guns ablazing in the first quarter,” TV coach Tom Wamsley said. “(Harman) Coach (Christian) Moats made some nice adjustments in the second quarter, which caused us some trouble.”

Jacob Wamsley added 19 points for the Bulldogs, who are now 4-5 and visit Paw Paw today.

Grady Shifflett had 12 points and Gunnar Ketterman 11 for the Panthers. who are slated host Pendleton County on Wednesday.
