10 players reach scoring column as TV girls cruise
MT. STORM — Ten different players reached the scoring column as Class A, No. 10 Tygarts Valley cruised to a 58-17 win over Union on Wednesday evening.
Sarah Defibaugh had 16 points to lead the Lady Bulldogs, who raced out to a 30-8 halftime lead.
Lilly Lanham added nine and Hallie Ellis eight off the bench.
Aleigha Hanlin and Bailey Casteel had five each for the Lady Tigers.
Tygarts Valley (9-4) visits Elkins at 6:30 p.m. Friday.
Union hosts Lighthouse Christian Academy (Md.) on the same evening.
