Jacob Wamsley's RBI double in the fourth had treated the Bulldogs to a 6-5 lead.
The Cee Bees pushed across an unearned run in the fifth to draw even.
Adam Woods started the bottom of the seventh by drawing a walk for Tygarts Valley.
Austin Gear followed with a single and Preston Smith reached on a throwing error on a sacrifice bunt.
Cooper Markley then lofted an RBI sacrifice fly to right field to chase home Woods with the game-winning run.
Markley also earned the win in two scoreless innings of relief.
He didn't allow a hit, while fanning three and walking one.
Maddox Kisner was tagged with the loss, giving up one run on one hit in 2 1/3 innings of relief. He fanned five and walked three.
Woods started on the mound for the Bulldogs. He surrendered two runs on three hits, striking out one and walking three.
Corban Oldaker also saw time on the hill for the hosts.
Cayden Strosnider was on the mound first for Clay-Battelle, going 2 1/3 innings, allowing three runs on three hits, fanning six and walking three.
Wamsley and Gear each had two hits for Tygarts Valley.
Gear and Markley had two RBIs apiece.
The Bulldogs are scheduled to remain home at noon today to face Philip Barbour.
