MORGANTOWN — West Virginia football commit Chris Wilson was reportedly shot and killed Sunday night in Delaware County, Indiana, according to multiple local outlets. The 17-year-old was reportedly shot multiple times and was pronounced dead at the scene Monday morning after being found in a car by Muncie police. Special ambulance fee to begin in December

FEMA deadline extended for July flood victims

BUCKHANNON – The deadline for federal disaster assistance for residents impacted by the July 21 deadly flooding has been extended. Governor Patrick Morrisey's request for a two-week extension of the application deadline was approved by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). ELKINS – A DUI Simulator Program will be in use at Elkins High School on Tuesday. The DUI Simulator Program allows students to experience various driving conditions while safely operating a computer generated driving simulation system.
