ELKINS — A Barbour County man accused of conspiring to use a fraudulent check to buy two side-by-sides in Randolph County for more than $82,000 entered into a plea agreement. Joseph Brian George, 54, of Philippi, pleaded guilty to one count of fraudulent schemes and one count of conspiracy, both misdemeanors.
