Loring Lawson Hines Jr., 90, mostly known as Junior, passed away peacefully on the morning of Dec. 27, 2023, at the Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, Virginia. Born on June 11, 1933, in Moorefield, West Virginia, Junior was the cherished son of Loring Lawson Hines Sr. and Ruth Esther Funkhouser Hines.
