Greetings, and thank you for taking the time to read my letter. I am an educator. I hold a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s degree. I am a highly qualified teacher. No, I do not teach in Randolph County, but I am a resident of the city of Elkins, with ancestral roots in Alpena —one of the small rural communities of Randolph County.
