Jim Justice announced Friday that COVID-19 regulations and rules for restaurants, bars, businesses, grocery stores, and schools will be eased due to plummeting coronavirus cases and increased vaccinations. ELKINS — Despite the concerns of wintry weather conditions throughout the area, today’s COVID-19 mass vaccination clinic at the Phil Gainer Community Center will go on as scheduled, officials said.
