Sarah’s Backyard Country Creations cuts ribbon

ELKINS — The Elkins-Randolph County Chamber proudly hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Aug. 23 to celebrate the grand opening of Sarah’s Backyard Country Creations, a food truck business owned and operated by Sarah and Danny Phillips of Jimtown.
The ribbon cutting was held at the Dakan Arena at 4-H Camp Pioneer in Beverly, prior to the Chamber’s inaugural Denim & Diamonds event. Community members, Chamber partners and guests gathered to officially welcome Sarah’s Backyard Country Creations and enjoy a taste of their offerings.
Sarah’s Backyard Country Creations highlights recipes rooted in Sarah’s heritage, with every dish prepared with love. The couple serves from their food truck and also offers catering services for private events, businesses, and special occasions.
“We are thrilled to welcome Sarah and Danny as new Elkins-Randolph County Chamber partners,” said Karrah Washington, Executive Director of the Elkins-Randolph County Chamber. “Their food is absolutely delicious, and we are excited to see them bring something so special to our vibrant community.”
