The Elkins City Police, Elkins Fire Department and MonPower workers respond to an accident on Harrison Avenue near Napa Auto Parts at about 1:30 p.m. Thursday. A blue sedan collided with a utility pole, knocking it into the road and temporarily blocking traffic going both directions.
