PHILIPPI — A Barbour County Grand Jury handed down indictments involving 26 individuals this week, for alleged crimes including grand larceny, sexual assault, and child neglect creating risk of death or serious bodily injury.

Larry Lee Trader Jr. was indicted six counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, 12 counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, or custodian, and four counts of distribution and display to a minor or obscene matter.

Andrew Ray Todd was indicted on counts of child neglect creating risk of death or serious bodily injury and child abuse creating risk of injury.

Lindsay Marie Abel was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver conspiracy.

Kathy Lynn Barkey was indicted on one count of grand larceny and conspiracy.

James Nicholas Bibbo was indicted on count of possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy.

David Kent Cathell was indicted on one count of fleeing in a vehicle in a manner showing a reckless indifference to the safety of others.

Timothy McKinsley Clough Jr. was indicted on one count of domestic battery – third offense.

Marvin Ray Davis was indicted on five counts of failure to register or provide notice of change in child abuse registry information – first or subsequent offense.

Autumn Tori Guenette was indicted on one count of fraudulent insurance acts of conspiracy.

Ashley Marie Harris was indicted on counts of grand larceny and conspiracy.

William Monroe Harris was indicted on two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver prohibited person in possession of a firearm.

Darius Andrew Humphrey was indicted on one count of prohibited person in possession of a firearm.

Pamela Rose Jackson was indicted on one count of fleeing in a vehicle in a manner showing a reckless indifference to the safety of others.

John Wesley Jeffries was indicted on one count of grand larceny.

Stella Suetta Jeffries was indicted on one count of aiding and abetting a registered sex offender.

Crystal Lee Johnson was indicted on one count of driving under the influence of alcohol, controlled substance or drugs – third offense

Seth Ryan Johnson was indicted on counts of attempted sexual assault in the second degree, burglary, and assault during the commission of or attempt to commit a felony.

David Jeffrey Kaufman was indicted on one count of false evidences, forgery, etc., of title and registration.

Robert Allen Lemons was indicted on one count of fleeing in a vehicle in a manner showing a reckless indifference to the safety of others.

Cody Dayton McGee was indicted on counts of grand larceny and conspiracy.

Travis Clyde Medina was indicted on one count of grand larceny.

Wesley James Miller was indicted on one count of driving while license revoked for driving under the influence of alcohol – third offense.

Jacob Tyler Tacy was indicted on counts of fraudulent insurance acts and conspiracy.

Nicholas Angelo Trotto was indicted on one count of uttering.

Robert Joshua Vest was indicted on counts of grand larceny and conspiracy.

Anthony Thomas Ware was indicted on one count of sexual assault in the third degree.

Arraignments will be held on Nov, 19 beginning at 9 a.m. in the Barbour County Courtroom.

All defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
