Submitted photo On Feb. 21, American Legion Post 29 hosted the Section B Oratorical contest, featuring contestants from Elkins High School, Martinsburg High School and Morgantown High School earning the right to compete in the state oratorical contest in Shinnston. EHS junior Juliann Harlan won and will defend her state title for a third time. Second place went to Olivia Butts of Martinsburg, and third place to Mahnoor Jaifri of Morgantown. Shown with them is Donald Lambert of Post 29 and his son.
