ELKINS — A grand jury will hear the case of a Beverly man accused of allegedly sexually assaulting two children over the span of two years. Jamey “Jay” Paul Kissel, 58, of Beverly, is charged with 12 counts of sexual assault and two counts of sexual abuse, all felonies. Kissel was being held at the Tygart Regional Jail on a $75,000 cash-only bond that has since been posted. According to Magistrate Court documents, as a condition of Kissel’s bond, he must remain on home confinement.
