WARDENSVILLE – Citizen and environmental groups have filed a federal injunction to halt construction on a new section of Corridor H, just weeks after the state awarded a contract to build it. Elkins man facing a felony charge

ELKINS — A Randolph County man faces a felony charge for driving with his license revoked for DUI for a third time. David Lynn Pritt Sr., 70, of Elkins, is charged with one count of driving with a revoked DUI third offense, a felony. Pritt was being held on a $5,000 10% cash bond that has since been posted. According to the criminal complaint, filed by Trooper R.K. Stewart with the West Virginia State Police Elkins Detachment, on Aug. 21, Stewart observed a vehicle bearing an expired West Virginia registration traveling south on U.S. Route 219.
