BUCKHANNON — Upshur County officials are urging all residents who were affected by the severe July 21 flooding to make use of the services of the FEMA Disaster Recovery Center. A joint Upshur County and City of Buckhannon press release spotlights the Center, located on the second floor of the Upshur County Development Authority Building in Buckhannon.
