Morrisey partners with WVU, Marshall

BUCKHANNON – A contract has been awarded by the state Division of Highways for a $1.5 million paving project in Upshur County. J.F. Allen Company was the low bidder on the project, set for WV 20, from Hinkleville to Buckhannon Road, with a bid of $1,525,386.32. BUCKHANNON — An Upshur County woman faces a felony charge after police allegedly found packaged marijuana and methamphetamine in her possession. Aryanna Bree Davina Wilson, 23, is charged with one count of possession with intent to deliver, a felony.
