Flood warning issued until 6:15 p.m.
ELKINS - A flood warning has been issued for the local area until 6:15 p.m. today. The flood warning, issued by the National Weather Service in Charleston, is for Southeastern Barbour County and Northeastern Randolph County. The warning states that flooding of rivers, creeks, streams and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
