CHARLESTON – A federal case to appoint a receivership for the historic Greenbrier Resort might be delayed for the moment, but attorneys for the Greenbrier’s loan holder are pushing back on a related state lawsuit brought by the family of U.S. Sen. Jim Justice. Man charged with failing to register

COALTON — A Randolph County man faces a felony charge after allegedly failing to update his employment status in time as a sex offender. Danney Neal Elmore, 66, of Coalton, is charged with one count of failure to register first offense, a felony. Elmore was being held at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail on a $15,000 10% cash bond that has since been posted. According to the criminal complaint filed by Trooper R.K. Stewart with the West Virginia State Police, on May 26, Elmore arrived at the Elkins Detachment of the West Virginia State Police to complete an update on his sex offender ...
