Rose Ellen Wilfong Spencer, 84, a resident of Bridgeport, West Virginia, and formerly of Elkins, West Virginia, departed this life Saturday morning, Jan. 28, 2023, at United Hospital Center at Bridgeport, under the care of WVU Medicine Hospice.
