William Eugene ‘Bill’ Coberly
William Eugene “Bill” Coberly, 76, a lifelong resident of Elkins, went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2023, in the West Virginia Caring Hospice Center in Elkins following an extended illness.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. today, Jan. 30, 2023, at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. today from the funeral home chapel with Pastor Harold Swecker officiating. Interment will follow at Mountain State Memorial Gardens near Gilman where full military honors will be accorded by members of the West Virginia National Guard Honor Guard Program, H.W. Daniels Post 29 American Legion and Tygart Valley Post 3647 Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation, 200 SE 1st Street, Suite 800, Miami, FL 33131 in memory of Bill.
