The family will receive friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Parsons on Saturday, Feb. 18, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Final rites will be conducted from the funeral home on Saturday at 1 p.m. Pastor Antonio Palma will officiate and interment will follow at the Fansler Cemetery at Hendricks, West Virginia.
