Arthur Raymond ‘Ray’ Simmons
Arthur Raymond “Ray” Simmons, 94, of Quicksburg, Virginia, passed away Monday, Aug. 14, 2023, at the home of his son, Kenny Simmons, near Franklin, West Virginia.
The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 17, 2023, at Kimble Funeral Home, 80 South Main Street, Franklin.
Following a graveside service at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 19, 2023, at Emmanuel Lutheran Cemetery, 155 E. Lee Street, New Market, Virginia 22844, Ray will be buried next to his much-loved wife, Vivian.
