Carl D. Puffenbarger
Carl D. Puffenbarger, 89, of Palm Bay, Florida, and Brandywine, West Virginia, died Thursday, July 18, 2024, as the result of a motor vehicle accident near his home.
The family will receive friend from 11 a.m. – noon on Saturday, July 27, at Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin, where a funeral service will be held at noon in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Michael Loudermilk officiating.
Interment will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery at Franklin.
