Billie Ray ‘Bill’ Mallow
Billie Ray “Bill” Mallow, 87, a resident of Elkins, passed away Monday, Aug. 19, 2024, at his home with his family by his side and under the care of West Virginia Caring Hospice.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. until noon, Thursday, Aug. 22, 2024, at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins.
A funeral service will be held at noon Thursday, from the funeral home chapel.
Rev. Brett Rinehart will officiate and interment will follow at Maplewood Cemetery in Elkins.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Randolph County Senior Center, Attn: Donation & Endowment Department, P.O. Box 727, Elkins, WV 26241 in memory of Bill.
