Freddie ‘Fred’ Lee Hornick
The family will receive friends at the Summit Church, 245 Martin Street, Elkins, WV, from 4 to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
Final Rites will be conducted from the church, Monday, Aug. 26, 2024, at 11 a.m.
Pastor Kevin Jones and Pastor Ron Phillips will officiate and interment will follow at the Mountain State Memorial Gardens at Gilman, WV. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to WV Caring who graciously took care of Fred and his family in his final days or to Elkins Little League at PO Box 1784, Elkins, WV 26241.
The Lohr & Barb Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for Freddie “Fred” Lee Hornick.
