Sherri Lee Harold

She was born Aug. 26, 1960, in Clarksburg, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Harry A. ‘Bud’ Harold and the late Sandra Cabo Harold.

Surviving is one daughter, Jodie Toth and husband, Robert, of Philippi; two grandsons, Matthew and Ethan Toth; one sister, Terri Fisher and husband, Bill, of Conowingo, Maryland; three nephews, Logan Fisher and wife, Lauren, Ryan Fisher and wife, Courtney, and Ian Fisher and wife, Margo; five great-nephews, Liam, Lawson, Everett, Linden and Silas Fisher.

She was a graduate of East Fairmont High School with the class of 1978 and went on to earn an associates degree from Glenville State College. She worked at Canaan Valley Resort State Park for over 40 years and was the Golf Shop Manager and Ski Area Ticket Office Manager. She loved golf from an early age, a passion passed on to her from her father. She also loved flower gardening and spending time with her family, especially her grandsons.

The family will receive friends at Ford Funeral Home, Allen Chapel, 215 East Main St., Bridgeport, WV 26554, on Friday, Aug. 8, 2025, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. and on Saturday, Aug. 9, 2025, from 9 a.m. until 10 a.m.

The funeral service will be held from the funeral home on Saturday, Aug. 9, 2025, at 10 a.m., with Mr. John Tiffany officiating.

A committal service will follow at Bridgeport Cemetery.
