Frank Vance Jr., 87, of Seneca Rocks, West Virginia, passed away Friday, Oct. 10, 2025 at Pendleton Manor in Franklin, where he had resided for six years.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 14, at Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin.
A graveside service will be held at noon on Wednesday, Oct. 15, at the Vance Family Cemetery with Greg Adamson officiating.
