John Henry ‘Chub’ Roth
John Henry “Chub” Roth Jr., 77, a resident of Elkins, passed away Friday, Jan. 9, 2026, in the WV Caring’s Hospice Center in Elkins.
Friends may call from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2026, at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins.
A service of remembrance will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday from the funeral home chapel.
Interment will follow in the Mountain State Memorial Gardens near Gilman. The family request memorial contributions be made to the Randolph County Humane Society, PO Box 785, Elkins, WV 26241 in memory of Chub.
The Tomblyn Funeral Home of Elkins is in charge of the arrangements for Mr. John Henry “Chub” Roth.
