Kathryn Lovada “Katie” Howes, 79, a resident of Kingsville, West Virginia, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2025, at St. Joseph’s Hospital Nursing Care Facility at Buckhannon, West Virginia. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, Feb. 28, from the Tomblyn Funeral Home chapel, with Pastor Greg Miller officiating.
