John Henry “Chub” Roth Jr., 77, a resident of Elkins, passed away Friday, Jan. 9, 2026, in the WV Caring’s Hospice Center in Elkins. Friends may call from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2026, at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins. A service of remembrance will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday from the funeral home chapel.
