ELKINS — Both the Elkins 11-12 and 8-10-year-old All-Stars are headed to state tournament action. The 11-12s are the District 8 tourney runner-ups after defeating Barbour County, 8-7 in seven innings at Summersville, to advance. The 9-10s are also the District 8 runner-ups, getting past Braxton County, 10-5. MORGANTOWN — West Virginia baseball landed a top ACC arm out of the transfer portal Tuesday night. The Mountaineers received a commitment from Louisville starting pitcher Colton Hartman, according to multiple sources. 64Analytics was on the story first.
