Trio of EHS wrestlers to compete in state tourney

HUNTINGTON — Elkins High School will be represented by three wrestlers in the Division II portion of the state tourney set to get underway today Marshall Health Network Arena. The three-day event begins at 6:30 p.m. with 224 matches and concludes Saturday evening for the championship matches. Tigers competing include junior Tucker Twigg, junior Chiron Wing and sophomore Isaac Workman. Twigg, competing in the 144-pound class, is 32-3 on the season and captured the regional title.
