HAMBLETON — Top-seed Tucker County secured its 22nd straight appearance in the state tournament with a 70-25 win over Pendleton County Wednesday night in a Class A, Region II co-final. Trio of EHS wrestlers to compete in state tourney

HUNTINGTON — Elkins High School will be represented by three wrestlers in the Division II portion of the state tourney set to get underway today Marshall Health Network Arena. The three-day event begins at 6:30 p.m. with 224 matches and concludes Saturday evening for the championship matches. Tigers competing include junior Tucker Twigg, junior Chiron Wing and sophomore Isaac Workman. Twigg, competing in the 144-pound class, is 32-3 on the season and captured the regional title. MORGANTOWN — Saturday, March 7, marks the first spring practice for West Virginia football. Just a couple of days before the start, Rich Rodriguez had his pre-spring press conference.
