NEW YORK (AP) — The federal government’s disease-tracking agency has paused its diagnostic testing for rabies, monkeypox and a number of other infectious diseases. NEW YORK (AP) — Stocks recovered most of their earlier losses as volatility returned to Wall Street Thursday after two days of solid gains.
