Randall L. Pingley, 76, a resident of Williamsburg, Virginia, died peacefully and unexpectedly in his sleep on the evening of Dec. 11, 2024. The family will receive friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Elkins from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 20, 2024. Mr. Pingley will then be moved to the Mount Vernon Cemetery at Beverly, West Virginia, where Graveside Services will follow and the WV. Army Honor Guard, the H.W.
