Yvonne J. Smith, 85, a resident of Elkins, passed away Friday, Nov. 29, 2024 in the Elkins Rehabilitation & Care Center. She was born Oct. 31, 1939, in Elkins, a daughter of the late Jim and Freida Lewis. She was formerly married to Warren Smith. Surviving is one son, Demanuel Smith of Beverly; one daughter, Kristen Y. Shreckhise of Fisherville, Virginia; one brother, Cameron Lewis of Elkins; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
