Mr. Arlan Kenneth Skogstad, 71, a resident of Montrose, Barbour County departed this life Friday morning, Dec. 22, 2023, at his residence. Although he was in declining health, death was unexpected. He was born Feb. 21, 1952, a son of the late Norris Albert and Geraldine Snyder (Gross) Skogstad.
