MORGANTOWN — West Virginia started Friday morning, a week before the spring game, with a big-time recruitment. 3-star linebacker Broncs Baker announced his commitment to the Mountaineers on social media. Baker is a consensus 3-star, but is listed as a 4-star on some sites.
