ELKINS — On Wednesday, June 15, at noon, musician and artist Chet Lowther will perform the Brown Bag Concert at The Arts Center. This event is free and open to the public.

Lowther is a singer/songwriter, artist and art teacher who lives in Charleston. He sings and plays a variety of country and blues, and has performed several times in the past at The Arts Center.

Brown Bag Concerts are staged on the third Wednesday of every month at noon, and feature an array of singers and musicians from the region and across the Mountain State.
