ELKINS — Realtor Loren Chenoweth recently retired from All Seasons Real Estate Service after nearly 30 years selling real estate.
Chenoweth started his career in the mid-90s with Realty America, Cardinal Realty and Thompson Realty, before being hired by All Seasons Real Estate 23 years ago.
Chenoweth retired from the Kroger company and decided to sell real estate to supplement his retirement income.
“Selling real estate kept Loren active and engaged in the community,” said Ray Jones, broker.
“Loren was very honest and trustworthy and was liked by both sellers and buyers. He was service-oriented and his follow-up was exceptional.”
Chenoweth was involved in the sale of over 600 properties during his career in which he sold more than $50 million in real estate, officials said.
Chenoweth plans to continue playing music, doing some fishing and gardening and taking advantage of the bus tours offered by the Randolph County Senior Center.
“Loren was an inspiration to me and all of the All Seasons Real Estate agents,” said Jones. “He will be greatly missed.”
