Ox Roast Preparation
The Inter-Mountain photo by Brad Johnson Volunteers shred up copies of The Inter-Mountain Wednesday afternoon during the first step of preparations for pit-roasting beef for the 60th annual Ox Roast at 4-H Camp Pioneer in Beverly. Volunteers planned to roast 1,600 pounds of meat in the pit overnight Wednesday, with sandwiches and meals ready for sale by 4 p.m. today.
