Pellet gun incident leads to felony charge

BUCKHANNON – An Upshur County man has been charged with a felony after allegedly wounding a pedestrian by shooting him in the back with a BB/pellet gun while passing by in a vehicle. Isaac Wayne Robinson was charged with malicious assault, a felony. ELKINS - Randolph County’s National Forest and state land and Pocahontas County’s National Forest land have been named as permit areas for this year’s antlerless deer lottery.
