Pellet gun incident leads to felony charge
BUCKHANNON – An Upshur County man has been charged with a felony after allegedly wounding a pedestrian by shooting him in the back with a BB/pellet gun while passing by in a vehicle. Isaac Wayne Robinson was charged with malicious assault, a felony.
