ELKINS - The Randolph County Commission unanimously approved funding requests from the Randolph County Development Authority and the Elkins Fire Department during its most recent meeting. ELKINS – Elkins and much of the surrounding areas are currently under a flood watch, which is in effect through Wednesday morning. The flood watch affects portions of Randolph, Barbour, Upshur and Pocahontas counties.
