ELKINS — A Randolph County woman faces felony charges after allegedly ordering illegal substances, including a pound of marijuana, to sell in a local store. Brandi Nicole Harris, 43, is charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (marijuana), a felony.
