Conference Center set to open in July

ELKINS - Officials confirmed this week that construction of the new Railyard Event and Conference Center is on track to be completed by July 1. Randolph County Development Authority Director Robbie Morris told The Inter-Mountain that everything is on schedule for the opening of the new 28,000 square-foot, $11.6 million facility.
